Janelle Alexis Flatt, a forever-student of cosmetology and salon veteran, has laid down the key to success behind the chair: experience. This is why she set up an apprentice program for junior stylists, so that they can dive deep into every facet of the craft and the business. It is her belief that nothing short will equip new stylists with the confidence it takes to open up their own businesses.
With a keen eye for style and an intense focus on customer care, Janelle's renowned business is anything but ordinary. Growing up in a hair salon was the fuel to her fire, and this dedication continues to power her ascension in the industry. She understood, early on, the importance of nurturing a creative, resilient, and tight-knit team. This has been at the center of her vision, to build a salon full of capable and savvy oracles- a team that can change the business for good.
Her life is a mosaic of equally important roles:. Mother, educator, student, explorer, traveler, philanthropist, business owner, and wife.
